these little shelters down near the harbour at Milson Point give good views of the Opera house and Circular Quay and are a handy place to stand when it is wet or windy

with the arrival of some sun today the clouds started to break up and color return to what has been a very drab city these last few weeks

it looked like it was going to be a fine day when I saw the sunrise but the clouds and rain came back in the afternoon

while in some parts of Sydney the trees are bare and showing all the signs of winter there are still pockets of trees in all their autumn glory
