Sydney is lucky to have it’s own drag strip right in the center, that is the center of the larger geographical area and not the city center that is on the coast. but still only 30km from the city
today was a qualifying/test day… while the racing is interesting the photographs tend to get a bit monotonous as they all start looking the same if you only have general public access like me
it would be more fun if I had access like this photographer

With the tightening of laws regarding dog control in New South wales we are seeing more dogs that are better behaved and well looked after than was the case 5-6 years ago and with owners having to clean up after their dogs the streets are a lot cleaner

the weather is definitely starting to warm up… so it was back down to the beach again to catch some of the surfers in action

I managed to get out to the Penrith regatta center for this mornings heats in the world Dragon boat racing championship’s final day of competition, today they were racing over a 500m course having completed the longer distances on the first 3 days of competition. The weather was great and all the teams seemed to be enjoying the racing
